With a career spanning over two decades, Mohamad Tabatabaee has built a reputation for technical excellence, innovative thinking, and practical problem-solving across a diverse range of sectors — including high-end residential, large-scale housing, commercial developments, healthcare, data centres, hotels, and hospitals.
He has successfully led MEP design and delivery on projects ranging from luxury bespoke properties to major mixed-use and healthcare facilities, often involving complex technical and regulatory challenges. His hands-on expertise covers the full project lifecycle — from concept design through to construction support, commissioning, and post-occupancy evaluation.
Alongside his professional practice, Mohamad has dedicated six years as an external lecturer for the MSc Building Services with Sustainability course at Brunel University. Through this role, he has contributed to shaping future engineers by sharing real-world knowledge, innovative design principles, and sustainable engineering practices.
